I don't know anybody who is a fan of sport (or not) that doesn't believe Roger Clemens lied about taking steroids to improve hi performance and longevity for what many considered was an astonishing long term career.
Unfortunately for many fans it turns out that one of their pitching hero is apparently a liar and a cheater, and the t-shirt design is to express displeasure with Mr. Clemens and the whole steroid mess surrounding professional baseball.
